Agile coach supervision / mentoring

Service Description

A one-on-one collaborative learning practice for the benefit of both coach and clients. Continually builds the capacity of the coach through reflective dialogue by offering a richer and broader opportunity for support and development than typically found in the workplace. Creates a safe environment for the coach to share their successes and failures about how they work with their clients. This may include: • Exploring the coach’s internal process • Building a developmental plan • Practicing skills • Reviewing the coach-client coaching agreement • Uncovering blind spots / limiting beliefs • Exploring ethical issues • Ensuring the coach is “fit for purpose” and accountable • Looking at all aspects of the coach and client’s environment for opportunities for growth in the system
